What is a Seat?
A seat is a dedicated login/account for each member of your team that needs access to Avery. We do not allow password sharing.
Can I add markup to the tenant background checks?
On the Professional plan, you can earn up to $18 of revshare on each tenant screening.
How many calls and texts are included?
We do not currently meter the number of calls or texts that you receive. As long as your usage fits within normal usage, and you are not abusing the system for spam or solicitations, we intend to keep this unlimited.
Is there a setup fee?
To set up a local US phone number campaign with TCR, there is a one time $25 fee. If you want to port your current phone number to Avery, there is a $49 one-time setup fee. Enterprise plans may have custom onboarding fees depending on requirements.
Is there a free plan?
We do not offer a free option. But give it a try for a month and if you are not totally ecstatic with the results you see, we will refund you.
