AveryIQ is the property management system. Avery is the name of your AI agent, who works within AveryIQ. Avery is fluent in 14 languages and works around the clock (yup, even on weekends and holidays).
Avery learns from your on-platform conversation history and has a private knowledge base specific to every unit in your portfolio. When it does not know something, it seamlessly escalates to the right person on your team. Avery can answer questions about availability, pricing, amenities, and schedule tours—all while maintaining your brand voice.
The Professional plan includes 2,500 SMS messages and 1,200 call minutes. Overages are billed at $0.025 per message and $0.02 per minute. The Starter plan does not include phone, SMS, or calling features.

Starter plans include email support. Professional plans include priority phone support, custom workflows, and an analytics dashboard. Enterprise plans include one-on-one training with Avery's founder and on-site training options.
To set up a local US phone number campaign with TCR, there is a one-time $25 fee. If you want to port your current phone number to Avery, there is a $49 one-time setup fee. Enterprise plans may have custom onboarding fees depending on requirements.
We do not offer a free plan, but we stand behind our product. Give Avery a shot and if you do not see an incredible uptick in lead to lease conversions within 14 days, we will gladly refund you.
